Shipping and Local Delivery
Orbit-Store (MERYT LLC) ships to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, military APO/FPO/DPO destinations, or international addresses.
Parcel shipping
Eligible 32-ounce bottles, six-bottle cases, one-gallon containers, four-gallon cases, and boxed five-gallon pails can ship by parcel carrier. Available services and shipping charges are displayed at checkout based on the order and delivery address. Carrier eligibility depends on the product, package size, and shipment requirements.
Free MERYT local delivery
Free MERYT local delivery is available in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties, Florida, with no minimum order. Select Local delivery at checkout when available. This is delivery arranged by MERYT, rather than free UPS, USPS, or FedEx service. We will contact you to schedule delivery. Coverage is checked using eligible ZIP codes; contact sales@orbit-store.com before payment if your address is in these counties and local delivery is not displayed. For drums and pallets, confirm unloading access and equipment with us before delivery.
55-gallon drums, pallets, and freight orders
Freight charges for drums, pallets, and larger orders require confirmation based on the loaded shipment dimensions and weight, destination, and requested delivery services. Contact sales@orbit-store.com before checkout to request a freight quote and an order for review. We can prepare a draft order, confirm shipping, and provide an invoice with the final total before payment. A freight request does not charge a payment card or release an order for shipment.
Please identify whether the address is commercial or residential and whether a loading dock, forklift, liftgate, delivery appointment, or limited-access service is required. Applicable services will be included in the confirmed quote. Mixed orders may be consolidated for freight when appropriate.
Use your carrier or logistics account
Customers may request shipment using their own carrier or logistics account, or arrange collection. Contact us before checkout to provide carrier instructions and confirm the arrangement. Account acceptance, billing authorization, pickup arrangements, and any applicable packing or handling charges must be confirmed before shipment. Providing an account number alone does not automatically book or pay for transportation. Do not send carrier passwords or login credentials.
M-737 and regulated shipments
M-737 solvent and any other regulated products require shipping methods and packaging appropriate to their current safety data sheet, container size, and carrier requirements. A service shown for another product is not necessarily available for a solvent shipment. Contact us if an eligible shipping method is unavailable.
Processing, delivery, and tracking
Parcel orders are typically processed within 48 hours after payment and confirmation of shipping arrangements, excluding weekends and holidays. Freight and local delivery are scheduled separately. Carrier transit estimates do not include processing time and may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays. Tracking information is provided for tracked carrier shipments; local delivery and customer-arranged collection details are coordinated separately.
